As the President of KevCo, LLC. I help companies develop high-performance sales teams to create profitable growth. We focus on helping small to mid-size craft breweries, artisan wineries, distilleries CBD, and Non-Alcoholic Beverage Companies. 


We will provide your company sales assessments to the entire sales leadership. In addition, we will create a comprehensive customized Sales plan developed especially for your company. 


The project will provide the tools necessary to run a successful high-performance selling organization. In addition, our expertise and experience will provide clients with services that help with new business development and establish their brands in new markets and Distributors across the USA. 


I am a results-driven, resilient, and transformational leader with extensive thirty years of experience exceeding sales targets year-on-year for global and small to mid-sized organizations. I created and overhauled sales forces in several roles by recruiting, mentoring, developing, and delivering maximum results while promoting people into high-level positions.
